Each package includes up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise noted. Additional revisions are billed at $50 per round.

A 50% deposit is required for projects totaling $200 or more before work begins. The remaining balance is due before final files are released or submitted for production.

Pricing is based on the agreed project scope. Any work requested beyond that scope may result in additional charges, a revised quote, and/or an adjusted timeline.

Turnaround times may vary depending on project complexity, revision volume, response time, and production schedules. Any estimated delivery date is an estimate unless otherwise stated in writing.

Client-supplied artwork may require modification to meet print specifications and safe production margins.

If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 calendar days or more, the project may be considered paused. Resuming a paused project may require a revised timeline and may be subject to a restart fee.

Either party may cancel the project in writing at any time. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Print pricing will be outlined in the scope of work or project quote. Chelsei Miller Creative is not responsible for errors, delays, color variation, damage, or production issues caused by third-party vendors, printers, shipping providers, or other outside services.

Quoted pricing is valid for 14 days unless otherwise noted.

Final design files will be released upon receipt of full payment.

All preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused design directions remain the property of Chelsei Miller Creative unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rights to the final approved deliverables transfer to the client only after full payment has been received.

Chelsei Miller Creative reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, on social media, and in self-promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client approval of final proofs confirms responsibility for all final content, including spelling, grammar, contact information, sizing, layout, and overall accuracy. Chelsei Miller Creative is not responsible for errors approved in final proofs.

Rush projects or expedited turnaround requests may be subject to additional fees based on schedule availability.

Final files will be delivered upon project completion. Clients are responsible for saving and backing up all delivered files. Chelsei Miller Creative is not responsible for indefinite file storage.

Chelsei Miller Creative’s liability related to any project is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided and does not include indirect or incidental damages.
